Beautiful 1963 abstract by American artist, Ernest Acker (1924-1995). Oil on canvas measures an impressive 35 x 46 inches. Unframed. Excellent condition with no damage or restoration. Signed and titled on reverse. *E. Acker 2/63 Throttle III* are part of original signature, written by artist. Other writing was done later, possibly by artist or another person.

Stunning floral still life by American artist, Gertrude Nason (1890-1968). Oil on canvas measures 18 x 22 inches. Unframed. Depicted here is a vibrant floral arrangement possessing lively movement and color. Very effective perspective and a very appealing choice in the Art Deco vase used for the arrangement. The piece is in all-original condition and is in definite need of a professional cleaning. No damage or restoration. The only condition issues are that the canvas is a bit slack in some areas with pressure lines where canvas touches stretcher bars. A cleaning and rest retch is in order. Signed lower left.
